Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 September 2026

This policy covers try.bookgraphix.com (the "Try page") and the gallery, video and download pages it leads to. It explains what we collect when you upload a cover, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Your book cover — the image or PDF you upload.
• Your email address, and the book title, genre and one-line description you type in.
• Technical details — your IP address, browser type, and which images you view or download, so the page works and so we can fix it when it doesn't.

What we do with it

• Build your 30 book images and your personalised video. Your title and one-line description are used to write and voice the single spoken line in that video.
• Email you the link to your images, and reminders while your set is held. You can unsubscribe from reminders with one click in any email.
• Reply when you contact support.
• Improve the service, using aggregate statistics that don't identify you.

How long we keep it

• Your cover, your images and your video are held for 72 hours from upload, then cleared from our servers. Anything you downloaded is yours to keep.
• Your email address and book details stay on our mailing list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Who sees your cover

Nobody but you. We never share, sell, publish or display your cover, your images or your video to anyone else, and we don't use your cover to train anything. It exists on our servers only to build your set.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions:

• Ontraport — sends our emails and stores your email address and book details.
• OpenAI — receives your book title and one-line description to write the spoken line in your video. It does not receive your cover.
• ElevenLabs — receives that spoken line to produce the voice track.
• Meta — if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta's pixel records that you visited and whether you uploaded, so we can measure the ad. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings.

Cookies and storage

The Try page uses a private link (a token in the web address) to find your set, and your browser's local storage to remember small things like which images you've downloaded. We don't use advertising cookies of our own.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from reminder emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
• Delete everything early — email us from the Support page and we'll clear your cover, images, video and email address within two business days.
• Ask what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.

Children

The service is for authors and publishers and is not directed at anyone under 16. If you believe a child has uploaded a cover, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, email you.
