Terms of Service

These terms cover try.bookgraphix.com (the "Try page"), the gallery, video and download pages it leads to, and the lifetime access offered there. By uploading a cover you agree to them.

1. What the free service is

• You upload one book cover. We build 30 watermarked preview images of your book (mockups, memes and animated GIFs), a short personalised video, and any extras shown on your page.
• You may download 3 of the 30 (plus any bonus download your page offers) in full resolution with no watermark, free, with no card and no trial.
• Your set is held for 72 hours from upload, then cleared. Downloads you've saved are yours to keep.

2. What you may do with your free downloads

Every image you download is licensed to you to promote the book on that cover: your website, social posts, newsletters, ads, storefronts and anywhere else you market it. The licence is worldwide and doesn't expire.

You may not resell the images, offer them as a service to other authors, or remove or replace the book in them. Watermarked previews are not licensed for any use — please don't screenshot them; download the clean versions instead.

3. Your cover

• You must own the cover you upload, or have the right to use it. Don't upload another author's cover, or artwork you don't have rights to.
• Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit. We may remove such uploads and block further use.
• You keep all rights in your cover. We use it only to build your set, as described in our privacy policy.

4. Lifetime access ($67, one book and one author name)

• One payment gives you lifetime access to BookGraphix for one book title and one author name: every image on your page without watermarks, plus the full library and tools described on the page and every update we ship.
• The licence covers promoting and selling that book. It doesn't cover making graphics for other people's books, other pen names, or series and box-set mockups — those need BookGraphix+, which you'll be offered after checkout.
• "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the BookGraphix service. We'll give at least 90 days' notice if we ever have to shut it down.
• It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.

5. Money-back guarantee

If you don't love it, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. You keep anything you've already downloaded.

6. Our content

The scenes, templates, memes, GIF designs, video templates and everything else that isn't your cover belong to BookGraphix or our licensors. Your licence to use the finished images doesn't transfer ownership of the templates behind them.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and rendering times vary. We may change or retire features. If a set fails to build, upload again or contact support and we'll sort it out.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, BookGraphix isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or of the images. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
